Time of delivery

The products purchased on www.nordbury.co are delivered within 5 working days from placing the order in England and United Kingdom, and within 7-14 days from all other destinations. If you do not receive your product's in that time period please contact info@nordbury.co with your Order number.

Delivery times may be subject to delays in case of festivities; couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.

During peak holiday seasons/period or public holidays, there will be inevitable delays to your deliveries. Our delivery partners will make every effort to contact you before delivery.

For orders placed through credit card, consider an extra working day for regular administrative checks to standard shipping times.

For orders that contain pre-order products, the shipping times are calculated from the receipt of the confirmation email concerning the availability of the last product in pre-order which became available in chronological order.
